June 3rd

 Memento Park, on the outskirts of Budapest (at least it seemed like the outskirts so I’m pretty sure), is a statue garden made up of Communist era statues.  This was definitely something different and seeing a statue from the era has much more of an impact than a photo.  Our tour guide was friendly and led our small ground around the park and gave us some insight into what the statues mean and what the mindsets of the people might have been.
